I’m Stephanie Mencia, a UX designer focused on simplifying complex enterprise systems through scalable design, systems thinking, and strategic collaboration. My work centers on creating connected experiences that improve usability, support operational workflows, and scale across evolving product ecosystems.
Currently, I’m the Design Lead for the IWMS Design System at Fidelity Investments, where I focus on creating scalable UI patterns and improving consistency across enterprise experiences.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading, gaming, crocheting, or spending time with my husband and our two dogs.
