JMP Live – Collaborative Analytics Platform
At JMP, I led UX design efforts for JMP Live, a secure, enterprise-level platform for sharing interactive statistical analyses. My work focused on improving the discoverability and usability of published reports, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively across departments.
I partnered closely with developers, statisticians, and product stakeholders to design scalable solutions for content organization, permissions management, and user workflows. This included refining the information architecture, enhancing the visual hierarchy of report summaries, and supporting features like nested folders, control chart warnings, and user notifications.
Through iterative testing and feedback synthesis, I helped evolve JMP Live into a more intuitive and accessible platform—empowering users to explore data insights with confidence and clarity.
