Fidelity Investments
As part of the User Experience Design (UXD) team at Fidelity Investments, I support the Fidelity Institutional business unit—designing and enhancing experiences for our enterprise platform, Wealthscape Investor, as well as its companion mobile applications for both investors and professionals.
In addition to product design, I contribute to team culture and cohesion by developing onboarding materials for new hires and supporting internal communications across product areas through design-driven marketing efforts.
Salesforce
As part of the Experience Design (XD) team at Salesforce, I partnered with enterprise-level clients to maximize the value of their Salesforce investment. XD operated within Digital Strategy and Design (DSD), a division of the Services pillar in the Customer Success Group (CSG), where we focused on delivering strategic, user-centered solutions at scale.

LexisNexis® CounselLink® is the leading cloud-based legal management solution designed to help corporate legal departments gain 100% visibility into all matters and invoices so they can control costs, maximize productivity, and make better decisions.
At LexisNexis, I contributed to the modernization of the CounselLink platform, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to design and refine emerging features. My work focused on improving usability and aligning the interface with user needs, helping to evolve the platform into a more intuitive and efficient legal management solution.
NSWC PCD
The mission of NSWC PCD is to conduct research, development, test and evaluation, and in-service support in Mine Warfare, Naval Special Warfare, Diving and Life Support, and Amphibious and Expeditionary Maneuver Warfare Systems, as well as other missions in the Littoral Battlespace.
